The shed is on the north side of the line east of Swansea East Dock
Station (closed). This line is now closed to passenger traffic.
Turn left outside Swansea High Street Station along High Street.
Continue into Castle Street, Wind Street, and turn left into Quay Parade.
Continue over the river bridge, and past St. Thomas Station, into Fabian
Street. Continue into Port Tennant Road, and turn right into a cinder
path between two blocks of houses (almost opposite Middleton Street).
This leads to the shed. Walking time 30 minutes.
A bus service, labelled Port Tennant, operates from the town
past the shed entrance. The “United Welsh” Swansea to Neath via
Jersey Marine service passes this shed and Danygraig. |
