Historical Data An experimental high-pressure locomotive built as a collaboration between the LMSR (Henry Fowler), NBL and The Superheater Company (among others). The engine had one high pressure cylinder between the frames and 2 low pressure cylinders outside.
The engine had a unique 3 stage boiler built by John Brown of Sheffield.
