| Description (1957) |
Dean 0-6-0's built between 1883 and 1899. The survivors were part of a class of 260 locomotives, exclusive of a further twenty which were built with outside frames. Many of the class were loaned to the Government during both World Wars for active service abroad. The last survivor, No. 2358, was withdrawn in 1957. |
