Information Formed in 1903 by the merger of three major Glaswegian locomotive manufacturers: Sharp, Stewart (Atlas Works) and Neilson, Reid (Hyde Park Works) (both of Springburn) and Dübs (Queen's Park Works) of Polmadie.
