Description (1957) Class Y5, G.E.R. 3'7" 0-4-0ST, one of a class of four locomotives built 1874-1903. The other three were withdrawn between 1926-31, but No. 7230, the 1903 engine, was retained for Departmental duties at Stratford works and finally scrapped in 1948.
